Are the baskets exactly as shown in the pictures?
Your basket will closely resemble baskets showcased on
our site. Please keep in mind all baskets shown and their
contents are subject to availability. Should we be unable
to obtain a specific basket or product, we will only substitute
a product of equal or greater value that we are confident
will delight both you and your recipient.
Can I request a custom designed gift basket?
Yes, simply call us at 508-588-1799 and tell us what
you would like us to create.
What if I'm not happy with the gift basket?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you or your recipient
is not pleased with your gift, we will replace it with
one of equal value at no charge. All we ask is that you
notify us immediately if a replacement is needed.
How do I know my credit card information is secure?
Our site uses state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layers
Encryption to prevent your credit card information from
being intercepted in transit. And for your added security,
we NEVER store your credit card information on our web
servers.
How long will it take my order to be completed?
Gift baskets are shipped within one working day of the
date the order was placed unless a later shipping date
is requested or special shopping is required to fill a
custom order.
How will my basket be shipped?
All gift baskets are shipped by UPS ground unless faster
shipping is desired. For international orders or shipping
other than UPS ground, please contact us at 508-588-1799
Can I order several baskets on-line at the same
time and specify different shipping addresses?
Yes. While our shopping cart provides space for only
one ship to address, we will contact you if more than
one basket is ordered to get additional delivery addresses
and make any necessary adjustments in shipping charges.
